REFERENCE LETTER

Sir/Madam:

Clark County is the major governing body in Southern Nevada. Clark County encompasses approximately 8,000 square miles with a population of approximately 2 million people. We currently operate a fleet of over 3,000 vehicles and 120 generators. We are the second largest automotive fleet in the state of Nevada.

Clark County has been using Clean Boost for the last 4 years in our unleaded, diesel and bio-diesel fuel. We have not experienced any problems with our fuel system since we started to use this product. This includes injectors and fuel pumps. Prior to using Clean Boost we were having issues with our injectors and fuel pumps, especially with the vehicles that are utilizing bio-diesel.

Overall, Clark County is very pleased with this product. While I can’t provide information on the reduction In emission's I used the data that the City of Las Vegas compiled when testing this product on their fleet which showed a reduction in emissions of approximately 18% over their entire fleet.
