Two arctic fuel samples from the State of Alaska Division of Energy were submitted to Analysts Ins. Laboratories for lubricity tests in August 2001. Fuel samples were similar, displaying over 85% fuel lubricity gains.
The increased in fuel lubricity will result in far greater injection pump and injector life while also providing improved combustion.
Immediate savings are realized by reduced fuel purchases, while eliminating costs for record keeping, expensive disposal costs and environmental liabilities associated with the transfer and disposal of waste oils. |
